We are experiencing tremendous growth in our
outsourced sales and our consulting units and need to fill
key sales and consulting positions in the following geographies:
Boston, New York, DC Metro area, Atlanta or Charlotte, San
Francisco, Seattle, Chicago or Midwest. (Additional locations
will be added in the next six months)
Working for Skyward is not for everyone. We
only want people who know how to sell and can make it happen
without relying on a large infrastructure behind them. You
will be selling our services as well as solutions from one
or more of our outsourcing clients. These clients have hot
solutions and we are their sales force.
If you are also interested in consulting, some
of our positions offer a mix of selling and consulting. You
would become part of a team of excellent sales and marketing
consultants and trainers.
- There is no base pay. No one, not even the
CEO, has a salary. Everyone is paid on performance
- You will be a W-2 employee and we pay all
taxes
- You get medical and dental benefits or $900
per month to put toward your own plan
- Selling expenses are reimbursed
- 10% commissions on everything you sell -
no cap
- 70% of whatever you bill if you also do consulting
- Profit sharing
If you have what it takes to succeed as a salesperson,
the sky is the limit on your earnings. Our two latest outsourcing
contracts provide substantial opportunities for you to make
well over $250,000. Sales cycles on these solutions can be
just weeks.
