Rock has been selling, delivering, and managing at product
and service organizations for 23 years. Prior to founding
Skyward Consulting Group, Rock was the EVP in charge of the
North American Financial Services Division of Logica (now
LogicaCMG). Prior to this, he was the VP/GM of Professional
Services at Thomson Financial, the Managing Director for North
American Professional Services at SSA, and a Practice Director
at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. He also held sales and
management positions at Honeywell, McDonnell Douglas, and
was a US Army officer. He has an MBA and an MS in Information
Systems Management.
Monya combines her degrees in counseling and psychology with
her professional training and coaching skills to oversee our
coaching and assessment businesses. Monya has 19 years in
private and corporate practice as well as professional coaching,
speaking, and training. Besides working with Skyward, Monya
also continues to lead several programs focused on marriage
and family issues and is a frequent speaker on relational
topics.
Kevin brings 15 years of executive level finance and operations
experience to Skyward Consulting Group. Prior to joining Skyward,
Kevin was VP Operations for the U.S. subsidiary of Getronics
NV, a $4.0B provider of software solutions and managed services
located in the Netherlands. While at Getronics, he had responsibility
for the North American operations of the Financial Services
business. Prior to joining Getronics in 2000, Kevin spent
ten years with Logica plc, a $2+ B professional services firm,
where he held a number of senior level finance positions within
Corporate Finance and the Financial Services and Energy &
Utility business units. While part of Corporate Finance, Kevin
had responsibility for treasury services, risk management
and financial planning and analysis. Most recently, Kevin
was VP Finance and Operations for Logica s Financial Services
line of business. Kevin has an Undergraduate degree in Economics
from St. Anselm College and received his MBA with a concentration
in Finance and Accounting from Boston College.
Henry brings over 15 years of experience in national Marketing and Sales positions working for fortune 500 companies like Sysco where he consistently won various top sales awards and accolades. He is a tech savvy professional with experience in brand management, product management, business development, and project management spanning various industries ranging from consumer packaged goods to information technology. In addition, he has been involved with several start-ups and entrepreneurial endeavors including a company he founded which develops creative and innovate technologies. He is a seasoned negotiator and strategic thinker who utilizes collaboration, in-depth analysis, critical reasoning, and superior communication to find tactical business advantages and complete the tasks at hand.
He is a Cum Laude graduate of Bentley College, where he has received both his BS in Marking and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, Henry is currently a candidate for an MS in Information Technology. Henry is an avid soccer player 3-4 days a week.
Tom has over 20 years experience in sales
and executive sales management for companies that include
Compaq, Software AG and American Power Conversion. He has
successfully led large sale teams with quotas exceeding $100
million and has received numerous club awards for sales excellence.
He is a graduate of the University of
Rhode Island with both a BS and MBA in Business Management
and Finance. In addition, he is an Adjunct Faculty Member
at Worcester State College instructing in Business Information
Systems, Business Management and International Business.
Prior to joining Skyward Matt was EVP
of Global Sales for On2 Technologies, a developer of proprietary
video compression technology. He has served as a senior sales
executive in start-up and pre-IPO environments in the magazine
publishing, Internet media & e-commerce, and emerging
technology industries. Matt received a Bachelor or Arts Degree
in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
With more than 16 years experience in
sales and marketing, Bill has held top sales positions with
companies, which include Network Equipment Technologies, General
Datacom Industries and Marconi Corporation. plc. His expertise
at developing strategically focused solutions has earned him
the respect of key enterprise technology clients, as well
as numerous sales awards for top sales achievements.
Bill also has experience as a corporate trainer.
He has conducted training sessions focusing on Work Force
Motivation, Effective Employee Management and Increasing Workforce
Efficiency.
He is a graduate of City University with
a BS in Business Management.
Ms. St. Peter comes to the Skyward Consulting Group with extensive experience in sales and marketing for companies that include Pepsi, Clear Channel Radio, and FirstComp Insurance. She has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and product lines nationally, as well as managed large regional event marketing campaigns. Her current entrepreneurial endeavors include working within Creative Destruction, Inc. as the VP of Sales and Marketing where she is helping the company launch an interactive online dashboard, as well as working with the creators of Bigcityapartments.com to expand their online service and exposure nationally
She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and of Bentley College with a M.B.A. in Marketing. In addition to her M.B.A., Lisa is also currently pursuing a second Master’s degree from Bentley College in Marketing Analytics.
Nov has 30 Years of supporting the Human
Resources community through services sales, consulting, and
customer service. A business development leader who has started
Human Resources Technology consulting businesses and worked
with Fortune 500 clients in developing technology and Human
Resources strategies. He provides outstanding communication
and relationship management skills and training. Nov's extensive
background in sales and implementation of HR technologies
make him an important asset to our clients. Nov is a graduate
of UCLA and is currently the Chairman of the International
Association of Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM)
Mr. Jordan has over 20 years in the telecommunications,
outsourcing and consulting fields. He has held upper management
positions in various Fortune 100 companies such as FMC, Sprint,
Arthur Andersen & Co. and US Long Distance (now Qwest
Communications). He has been involved in the management of
several start-up endeavors in the long distance industry including
switchless resale and wholesale carrier sales. At the present
time, Mr. Jordan is President of Teton Enterprises, Inc.,
a Dallas-based consulting and brokerage services company,
serving various industries for the last 7 1/2 years.
Mr. Jordan has a B.S.B.A. in Economics
and Statistics and an MBA. From 1983 - 2000, he served on
the Board of Directors of the National Football League Alumni
Organization - Dallas Chapter, an organization active in charitable
events benefiting children. In addition, he served on the
Board of Directors and was part owner of TCS Holding, a switchless
resale long distance company service the Midwestern United
States.
